Project 1 / Introduction to Twine

Twine is an open source program used for telling interactive stories. For my thesis, I wanted to build a beta-game using the program. This was the first stage of experimentation. I wanted to grasp the feel of Twine before I continued building the story. Twine relies on basic HTML and CSS which can easily be incorporated into a website.

Project 2 / Fiero Website

This was the first mockup of the website for FIERO. Done for Thesis. The idea was to keep it simple, but enough to provide information when the thumbnails are clicked.

Project 3 / Enter Fiero

Enter Fiero is a splash page for the main thesis website. Through the use of jquery lettering and other transitioning. The type goes from blurry transitioning to clear legible statements that allows the viewer to read into the main character's thoughts. The splash page acts, not only as an entrance to the website, but as an introduction to the prototype game: Fiero.

Final Project / FIERO Overall

This final project is a combination of the first two projects, with the last frame shown from the splash page (third project). The logo for the main website has changed, thumbnails are linked to text boxes that describes gameplay, characters, and eventually will show concept designs of the game. Twitter handle is linked to the twitter page, while the blog link is linked to its tumblr page. Viewers are also allowed to play the prototype via Twine, which is more detailed with the storyline.
