Project 1 / Gowanus Canal BOA Sites - Google Maps API

A brownfield site is land previously used for industrial purposes that may be contaminated by low concentrations of hazardous waste or pollution, and has the potential to be reused once it is cleaned up. I customized the Google Maps API to create a map of the 18 Brownfield sites in the Gowanus neighborhood in Brooklyn. Click on each marker on the map to see the site and the address.

Project 2 / Logo Animation

I created my portfolio website this week using the WordPress CMS. I animated my logo in the top left corner using CSS blur and opacity.

Project 3 / Mug of Beer

Bubbles in a mug of beer were animated with CSS Webkit. The image of the mug is a PNG embedded in a SVG. Also the title is tiled using CSS. I tried my hardest to use SNAP SVG to animate the bubbles, but couldn’t get it to work. http://codepen.io/jakechromatic/pen/GewcB
